Learn self-care acupressure points and do yin yoga poses to balance yourself around the topics of Spring season. Each class begins with learning 1-2 acupressure point locations and traditional indications for use. You will be guided through holding the point on yourself as a form of meditation. The yoga portion of class is restorative yin yoga poses with an emphasis on activating the meridians of Chinese Medicine. Class concludes with guided relaxation and meditation. Beginners welcome. Self-Care for the Soul Retreat
Self-Care for the Soul Yin Yoga Retreat with KC of AcuYogini takes place at the Willow Springs Lodge in North San Juan, CA June 7-9, 2024.
Retreat Theme: What does it mean to you to take good care of yourself? How can you care for what your soul longs for? How do you nourish yourself at every level?
This Retreat includes 3 classes in Yin Yoga and Acupressure taught by KC of AcuYogini. She specializes in making these healing arts accessible and relatable to all.
Guest Teacher: Guest Teacher Melissa Domingo will lead you in a Yoga Nidra sessions to help you relax, integrate, and have a restful night of sleep.

Make your own vision board for 2024. The Spring season is a time of planting the seeds of your intentions for this year! Workshop includes 1 hour yin yoga class to center and ground yourself in your inner vision. The 2nd hour of the workshop is spent collecting your visions, words, and phrases from magazines and articles. Workshop concludes with guided relaxation and meditation.
*Cost of workshop includes poster board and magazines for you to browse for your vision board.
