Making Your Vision Board + Yin Yoga Workshop in person at Inner Path Yoga and Meditation Studio in Nevada City, CA

Make your own vision board for 2024.  The Spring season is a time of planting the seeds of your intentions for this year!  Workshop includes 1 hour yin yoga class to center and ground yourself in your inner vision.  The 2nd hour of the workshop is spent collecting your visions, words, and phrases from magazines and articles.  Workshop concludes with guided relaxation and meditation.  

*Cost of workshop includes poster board and magazines for you to browse for your vision board.
