Karen offers one-on-one Yoga Sessions to meet your specific needs. She specializes in yoga for relaxation and stress relief for all levels. Her one-on-one sessions are beneficial for beginners that would like some personal attention before attending a group class, and also people that are working with injuries that would like modifications and alternatives to traditional poses.
Acupressure Tutor Sessions
Tutor Sessions are available to learn how to hold acupressure points on yourself or a partner. Each Tutor Session consists of a short interview where Karen will learn about the topic you would like to address for acupressure. Then she will create an Acupressure Handout specific to your needs and teach you how to hold the acupressure points to bring more ease, circulation and balance to you or your partner.
